14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original Nightwire purchase. Email hello@subtxtlabs.com from the address used for your purchase and include your order number.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to your first purchase of a Nightwire license. To help us improve the product, we may ask what did not work, but answering is optional and does not affect an eligible request.
We may decline requests made after 14 days, repeat purchases previously refunded, or purchases associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or a material violation of the license terms. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to submit them within 5 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Access to the refunded license ends when the refund is issued.
Problems with the software
If you have a technical issue, contact us and include your operating system and a short description. We will try to help, but you do not need to complete troubleshooting before requesting an otherwise eligible refund.
