Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and subtxtlabs when you purchase, download, or use Nightwire. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Purchases and merchant of record
Nightwire is sold through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and payment-related customer service. The price shown before checkout is the product price; Paddle calculates any applicable taxes during checkout.
License
After a completed purchase, subtxtlabs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Nightwire on computers you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, or use Nightwire to create a competing copy.
Your content and lawful use
You retain rights in audio you use with Nightwire. You are responsible for having permission to copy, download, perform, or otherwise use that material. Nightwire’s optional URL-import tools must only be used for media you are legally permitted to retrieve and in accordance with the relevant service’s terms.
Updates and compatibility
Your purchase includes the current release. We may provide maintenance updates, but do not promise any particular feature, update schedule, or perpetual compatibility with future operating-system versions. Major future versions may be offered separately.
Refunds
Eligible purchases may be refunded under our 14-day refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nightwire is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. subtxtlabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to Nightwire will not exceed the amount you paid for the software, except where law does not allow that limitation.
Termination
This license ends if you materially breach these terms. On termination, stop using and delete your copies of Nightwire. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.
